Vince Carter headlines 13-member class for Basketball Hall of Fame

Former Toronto Raptors all-star guard Vince Carter wowed the basketball world with his high-flying dunks for more than two decades. He was inducted Saturday in Glendale, Ariz., as part of a 13-member class that included longtime NBA executive Jerry West.
