Sick Pay 2020: Do zero hours contracts get Statutory Sick Pay? Do self employed?

STATUTORY Sick Pay is a government subsidy whereby you get paid in the event of sickness even if your employer does not have a sickness scheme in place. But do those of us who are self employed or on zero hours contracts get Statutory Sick Pay?
