PRINCE WILLIAM, the Duke of Cambridge, is the grandson of Queen Elizabeth and is second in line to the British throne. Being so high-up the heir line most would expect the Prince to follow the traditional royal parenting rules when it comes to his children, but an expert has suggested that the Prince has a “different approach to parenting,” to that of the Queen and his father, Prince Charles.
