Used car prices have increased over the past 12 months with costs above £13,000 

USED CAR prices have increased by over £500 over the past 12 months according to analysis from Auto Trader in its Retail Price Index report. Prices increased by 0.6 percent when compared to the same time 12 months ago to push the average cost above £13,000.
