Don’t buy a car YET as scrappage scheme could spark major price war

OVER the past few weeks nearly all the major car manufacturers have introduced scrappage schemes in the UK to encourage British motorists to trade-in their older more polluting vehicles for a low-emissions cars. However, drivers are being warned that the schemes could be a ruse to improve sales.
