Notre-Dame Cathedral restoration ‘overwhelming,’ France’s Macron says ahead of reopening

French President Emmanuel Marcon, his wife and a select number of people were given a tour of Notre-Dame Cathedral on Friday, as it is set for a grand reopening to the public next week after hundreds of millions were poured into a renovation following a devastating early 2019 fire.
