U.K. bill moves to make it illegal for anyone born after 2008 to buy cigarettes — for life

Children in the U.K. who are 17 or younger, and anyone born in the future, will never be able to legally buy cigarettes after British lawmakers approved new restrictions on smoking Tuesday.
