Universal Credit, ESA and PIP: DWP announces new system for benefit assessments

THE DEPARTMENT for Work and Pensions has announced that a single service to deliver all disability benefits assessments will be trialled, ahead of a national rollout, with the new system delivering the assessments for PIP and also the Work Capability Assessments in Employment and Support Allowance and Universal Credit.
