The moment Gallagher fans have been waiting for is finally here – Shameless Season 8 premieres tonight only on Showtime. As Hidden Remote reminds us, Season 8, Episode 1 is scheduled to premiere today (Sunday, November 5) at 9 PM EST. The episode is titled, “We Become What We… Frank!”
At the end of Season 7, the Gallaghers were left saying their final goodbyes to their mother Monica. At least, as respectful as they could be for a mother most of them did not care for. In an attempt to right all of the wrongs she had done for her children over the years Monica – in true Monica form – left her children $ 70,000 worth of meth as her own unique form of an apology. Just when we all thought the Gallagher siblings were turning over a new leaf, it seems that Monica’s last hoorah before leaving was to push them back onto the path of the typical Gallagher family business.
