WATCH | Biden apologizes to Zelenskyy for delayed U.S. aid package

At a meeting in Paris, U.S. President Joe Biden publicly apologized to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the months-long congressional hold-up of a huge U.S. military aid package. Biden said America still fully backs Ukraine in its war against Russia.
