Bubble tyre spotted on car during Derbyshire school run as tyre develops external bulges

DERBYSHIRE parents were shocked to notice a car which seemed to be driving on bubble tyres during the school run in a unique discovery. A local council officer pulled over the driver in Normanton after noticing the peculiar design on the cars front tyre.
