Canadian Paralympic Committee speaks out against decision to reinstate Russia, Belarus ahead of Games

The International Paralympic Committee’s general assembly voted last September to allow athletes from Russia and Belarus to compete under their own flags with their anthems at the upcoming Paralympics in Italy. The Canadian Paralympic Committee spoke out against and voted against that decision.
