After salvaging career, DeBues-Stafford betting on herself to run world 1,500 and 5,000m double

Gabriela DeBues-Stafford, who says she’s close to regaining her 2021 Olympic running form after nearly retiring last summer, will attempt to qualify for this year’s World Athletics Championships in the 1,500 and 5,000 metres this week at the Canadian championships in Ottawa.
