Ukraine, Russia appear set to engage in Istanbul-hosted talks without Zelenskyy, Putin

Ukraine will send a delegation to Istanbul, led by Defence Minister Rustem Umerov, to attend talks with a team from Russia, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Thursday after holding talks in Ankara with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan.
