Man charged with attempted murder after four injured in West End horror crash

The suspect was arrested within minutes of the violent attack in the early hours of Christmas Day in central London, said Met Police Deputy Assistant Commissioner Stuart Cundy said. One person remains in a critical condition in hospital.
