I’m a baker and I made Raymond Blanc’s apple & blackberry crumble – but I’d change a lot

It’s officially crumble season, and with so many online, it can be hard to know which one to bake. I recently baked Raymond Blanc’s simple crumble, but I would’ve changed one thing.
