Texas thunderstorms kill 4, leave 900,000 without power

Fast-moving thunderstorms have pummelled southeastern Texas for the second time this month, killing at least four people, blowing out windows in highrise buildings, downing trees and knocking out power to more than 900,000 homes and businesses in the Houston area.
