NCIS plot hole: Huge Scorpion and NCIS LA crossover error uncovered

NCIS is no stranger to crossing over with some the USA’s biggest series over its 17 seasons on CBS. However, a collaboration between spin-off NCIS: Los Angeles and crime drama Scorpion has exposed a rather glaring plot hole.
