Google IO cancelled: Android 11 and Pixel 4a event scrapped due to coronavirus fears

GOOGLE has shuttered its annual developer conference – Google IO – due to fears around the spread of the coronavirus. That means we won’t get an opening keynote to preview new features coming to Android 11, as well as new Google Home or Pixel smartphone hardware.
