Car crime: January is most common month for vehicle thefts – most dangerous regions mapped

CAR CRIME increases in January to become the worst month for vehicle theft or damage. Crime soared in the opening month of the year as a total of 375,001 vehicle incidents were recorded in England, Wales and Northern Ireland in 2019.
