STRICTLY COME DANCING 2019 concluded last night with former Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher lifting the illustrious Glitterball trophy with his partner Oti Mabuse, but it seems not everyone was watching the much anticipated final. The programme saw a dip in viewers compared to last year’s final which saw TV star Stacey Dooley crowned the dancing champion with partner Kevin Clifton.
