X Factor 2019: Dermot O’Leary takes swipe at Simon Cowell over shake-up

X FACTOR CELEBRITY crowned Megan McKenna as the winner after weeks of live performances. This year’s ITV talent show was slightly different from the usual format and host Dermot O’Leary couldn’t help but make a playful dig at the change up as he kicked off the grand final.
