LOUIS WALSH, 67, is no stranger to cosmetic surgery, and previously he has opened up about going under the knife for his eye bags to be removed. After being reinstated for the third time on The X Factor by Simon Cowell, he revealed that Simon “made” him get further cosmetic treatments in preparation for show.
