A 24-year-old homeless man accused of using a metal rod to bludgeon four other homeless men to death is facing multiple murder charges related to weekend attacks, the New York Police Department said. Authorities said Randy Santos is also facing an attempted murder charge in connection to a fifth homeless man who was seriously hurt.
