Hurricane Nate makes 2nd landfall in U.S., downgraded to tropical storm

Hurricane Nate came ashore along Mississippi’s coast outside Biloxi, Miss., early Sunday, after hitting Louisiana Saturday night. The storm has flooded parts of coastal Alabama.
