Does this suggest Prince Charles WILL hand the crown to Prince William and make him king?

PRINCE CHARLES, first son of the Queen, age 68, is now married to Camilla, although he had two sons with Princess Diana. It has been suggested Charles will abdicate and make Prince William king. Now odds seem to suggest this is not too unlikely.
