Highways England set to axe dynamic smart motorway in u-turn as they are ‘too complicated’

DYNAMIC smart motorway networks will not be rolled out further after Highways England chiefs confirmed they had not fully investigated the dangers posed by the roads. The group admitted the scheme had left motorists confused and was catching out drivers.
